Eligibility for Refund:

Refunds will be issued to customers who have paid for our services and are not satisfied with the results.
To be eligible for a refund, customers must request a refund within 30 days of purchasing the service.

Exclusions:

Refunds will not be provided for services that have been completed and delivered to the customer.
Customized or personalized services may not be eligible for refunds, depending on the nature of the customization.

Refund Process:

To request a refund, customers must contact our customer support team at connect@opalminds.com with details of the service purchased and the reason for dissatisfaction.
Once the request is received, our team will review the request and determine eligibility for a refund.
If the request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 90 days.

Cancellation Policy:

Customers may cancel their service subscription at any time.
If a customer cancels their subscription before the completion of a service, they may be eligible for a prorated refund based on the remaining duration of the subscription.
